  All the people who wish to join BlueBells International (BBI) proceed to steps 1, 2 and 3, including your acceptance of the rules below.
We are looking forward to seeing you all.

Steps to participate

Step 1 Confirmation of rules

BlueBells International prohibits each of the following actions:
Regulation
  Defamation, slander, or obstruction for BBI or a third party.
  Election campaigns, political/religious activities, or similar acts.
  Any other act that BBI deems to be a nuisance.
Please note that if you violate the above, you may be asked to withdraw from the membership.
At the time of receiving the e-mail requesting participation (step 2), it will be considered that you have agreed to the terms.

Step 2 Send an e-mail requesting participation

  Click the [Query Form] button at the bottom, and then register the following data in the displayed "Participation application form" and send it.
Date of participation
Groups you wish to join
How did you learn about BBI
Others (motivation for participation, etc.)
When filling in the "Email Address" field on the participation form, please provide a PC email or webmail address (Hotmail addresses are not accepted).
*Note: If you use a mobile phone email address, our reply may not reach you due to spam filtering settings.
You will be able to participate in BBI when you send the data.
In principle, the person in charge of the mail will reply, but you can participate even if you do not receive a reply.


Step 3 Participation in BBI

  BBI activities are conducted face-to-face (at the community center) or online (Zoom system, etc.) on a group-by-group basis.
For details, see[Schedule&Venue] in the title menu in order to check the date and venue. Especially if you are attending the event at the Civic Center, please come by 14:50 .
(*) This is to give an overview of our circle before the start of activities at 15:00.
No advance notice is required from the second time onwards. Please come directly to the venue by 15:00, the start time.

  For online (Zoom) meetings, click the access URL sent from BBI and Please join us. At this time, your participant name should be in the format of "group ID_name (or anonymous)" (e.g. "BEE_Mike").Please register and enter the room.
