If you wish to join Blue Bells International (BBI), in order for you to have fun studying, Please agree to the following rules. We are looking forward to seeing you.

◆ Participation in the BBI "Rule"

When a member joins Bluebells International, the following acts are prohibited.
Slander, obstructing acts against our association or third parties. Election campaign, political / religious activities, or similar acts. Other acts judged by our association as a nuisance.
Please note that those who violated the above items may withdraw from membership.

◆ How to apply

(Note)	In the email address of the participation request form,Please specify PC mail and Web mail as much as possible. 	You can join BlueBells International (BBI) at the time of sending. In principle, the e-mail manager will reply, but even if there is no reply, it is fine to participate.

◆	How to join the BBI of the Requested date
①	Please confirm the date and venue at [activity schedule (venue)] menu.Before starting activity at 15:00, we will give a brief explanation of BBI, so please come 14:50 .
②	Prior contact is not necessary at the time of participation after the second time. Please also look over the information FAQ ([Frequently Asked Questions] menu) and come to the venue directly at the starting time of 15:00. ---- It does not matter if you can not participate every week.Please participate according to your convenience.
◆	Points to keep in mind
①	Depending on the learning group, there are occasions where it may be absented rarely. In that case,It is also possible to try another group.
②	Please refrain from inquiring to the district hall about BBI activities. BBI is only borrowing the venue from the citizen's hall and is a totally different organization from the district hall.
③	(Regular activities from 15:00) Please cooperate not to enter the district hall before 14:40 (except subgroup participants).
④	Membership fee is 300 yen prepare coins.Please cooperate to save time and effort of currency exchange.
