Due to the influence of the new coronavirus, we have been conducting online meeting using the Zoom system since March 2nd year of Reiwa. However, since January 4th year of Reiwa, regular activities have been carried out at the ward hall as needed (almost every other week). The next meeting will be held here.
	English conversation circle BlueBells International (BBI) provides different intents from beginner class to advanced class to discuss politics, economics, business etc. There are many groups, more than 40 people are participating each time, including social workers, housewives, students, school teachers and so on.

	Regular class is every saturday from 3 pm to 5 pm , We get together mainly at the Chuo Ward(Destric) Hall, Tokyo.
	300 yen for each participation, there are no annual fee or admission fee at all.

The table below shows the groups that make up the BBI and the level of English that each group expects from its participants. Usually, those who mainly aim to improve their English conversation skills are enrolled in "Basic" and "Oral". On the other hand, intermediate and advanced level participants enjoy discussions on various current affairs while improving their English conversation skills.
